Ordered 4 subs through the app and they waited until I arrived to pick up my order to tell me they only had enough ingredients to make 1 of the sandwiches.
I've reviewed a fare amount of subways and this has to be the worse. Not outright bad but still not very friendly and outgoing employees and we've been here a few times. The other bad news is they have repeatedly had excuses why they can't or won't honor coupons that the other ones do that are not expired either. So if you're a coupon user I suggest going the other mile or so to the Subway on plantation drive. I had placed an order online for two sandwiches at the subway off of plantation, It was paid for, confirmed, and ready. I went to pick up the sandwiches and after waiting for some more time, I was finally told that they could not fulfill my order because they did not have any meat cut, bread ready, nothing prepped. Pretty much nothing was done by the employee that had been there and it’s 4:15 pm.
