Everything had a coat of slime on it
Any positive reviews for this location got lucky. I’ve repeatedly had horrible experiences here. They’re ALWAYS out of multiple items, the entire store is dirty, employees are either sympathetic because they know the store is terrible and it can’t be helped, or they couldn’t care less about the terrible service, they’re just there to get paid. No in-between. You cannot receive a refund in store, you have to jump through their corporate hoops just to get your lunch money back. I genuinely hope this location gets shut down by ... read more

To be fair, I can NOT rate this place because I WAS NEVER SERVED!!! I would just like to ask a question. Does the owner of the Subway in Lake Jackson on Oyster Creek Drive know that his/her employees tell customers that they only accept online orders? My son wasted the time and expense to drive there only to be told that his order would not be accepted in person, he had to order online. He left with no food.
Literally show up at 9:40. They dont close till 10. But doors are locked and they refused to even come to the door or serve us. Guy behind the counter shook his head and made a motion and lipped "we're cleaning" like no.. if you're gonna close at 9:40 that needs to be the time, not 10.
