This subway on Oyster Creek drive is by far the worst one. I eat subway all the time. But I know I should never go to this one. Always out of stuff to make the sandwiches and was told they are not allowed to tell us ahead of time. Bread is hard and crumbly if they have any. Veggies are a hit and miss as to freshness. Please do better so I dont have to drive to another town just to get a BMT.
Gave me the wrong bread for my mobile order and did not give me the correct toppings on my sandwich. Did not receive any calls about being out of anything and nothing was marked out on the app either. Used to be really good but is going downhill. Would rather drive the extra miles to go to the Clute location.
Placed online order. When we arrived the guy seemed high. He said they were out of steak and rotisserie chicken. He said we would have to get the refund online. All of the food left in the case was overly depleted. Went outside to cancel order two more customers left after us. The worker disappeared in the back.
