Unfortunately this visit wasn't as pleasant as previous experiences. The male staff member that was on shift this afternoon was very rude to me while serving me. He did not welcome me or greet me when I arrived at this location when he came over to me to take my order he did not ask in a very nice tone for what I would like to order and when he did ask me he said "what do you want" in a rude tone. Absolutely terrible experience. A $13.5 order was accidentally placed through the Subway app to a location in Grande Prairie while I’m in Calgary (700 km away). I called immediately to cancel and was told they “can’t cancel” and that I needed to contact a call centre, which doesn’t even exist. The app also offers no way to cancel. I’ve had similar situations with McDonald’s and Burger King. McDonald’s app does not even allow the order to go through if you’re too far from the location.
