The staff was friendly, but there was a problem when I visited this location. When I paid for my food, the cashier did not give me the option to give her a tip they just added it to my total amount. The tip should be optional not mandatory, especially at a fast food restaurant. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place.
Went tonight to get food and a worker closed the doors early. Killing my mood for subway and went to tacobell sadly
I hope I spelled, her name right but the manager there by the name of Velda Was so awesome and amazing customer service The way she ran that line was very professional and very efficient and I love her service making a sandwich. She was so amazing. Highly recommend coming to this one if she’s there and please give her a promotion and raise for her hard work. Otherwise, I will never come here again
This is possibly one of the worst Subways I've ever been to before. I come here, because of how conveniently close it is to home. The customer service is horrible. Always met with negative and heavy attitude. Never feels welcoming. There hasn't been a time I've come that they have certain products in stock, even in the middle of the day. I don't recommend ordering online, especially for the reason of them always being out of meats, cheeses, or bread.
