I had a very disappointing experience ordering from this Subway restaurant through the Subway app. My food was never delivered, and when I contacted the restaurant, they told me the issue had to be handled through DoorDash. That made no sense since I placed the order directly through the Subway app, not DoorDash. I still contacted DoorDash customer service, and they told me to call the restaurant again. Terrible sandwich . Ordered a Nashville style hot chicken . Minimal chicken . No sauce , none . No pepper jack cheese . Only heat was from the banana peppers that I added and the fact it was toasted .
