So I understand that there is a “festival” going on at this time however there is no excuse for not letting people sit in the chairs that are put up on the tables is insane. I understand if we are close to closing but it was 4-5, your location close at 8 pm. food was average, they were swamped with customers - no comment however, the building was set to 80°s F in FL weather, they wouldn’t let us put chairs down and the bathroom was locked.. ??? and they were very rude about it too
