Staff doesn't prepare the Subway app orders until you arrive...the app says your order is ready, but when you get there they haven't even started working on it. They did this to me twice and the store wasn't even busy, they were just being lazy. I don't bother stopping here anymore.
This place is so disgustingly dirty .
Horrible, horrible service from the woman. Making the sandwich not a smile on her face. She looks so miserable that I was almost hesitant to place my order. She looked at me like she was wanting to just kill me. She was an African American woman!!
Just terrible .. sandwich was dry wasn’t made correctly and I definitely didn’t like the energy going into the environment will not be returning I see why the parking lot is always empty
