Twenty minutes to get a six inch sandwich. The guy in front of me was there even longer. The kids behind the counter were nice but they were drowning in online orders. Lines of people inside and the drive thru. Those people standing in your business who drive there should be priority, or hire more people to handle the work load. Franchise owner should be clocking some hours and help out your store that has been going down hill for quite some time now. Last couple times I’ve just walked out.
Everytime I go they are always out of the sandwich of the day. And they always take forever at the drive thru and will keep you waiting with out awnsereing for ever so you don't even know if they are making your food inside or your just sitting outside like a dummy.
Hello, I just wanted to give a shout out to Jasmine the manager at Om Subway, anyways, I stopped by this morning to get my sandwich, i had two young men.vPrepare it during the time of preparation.I was watching her work.It was amazing how efficient she was. She kept the young man in order and still was prepping and preparing everything for the day, i am a business owner myself. So to see somebody working as hard as she was working was pretty gratifying. Anyways she valuable asset to subways company.
Would not honor coupons from the app, even though it specified it was good in store. Store was clean but sterile.
