The store on woodman screwed up my order and corporate won't respond. Tyler was horrible and refused to admit he made then wrong when though we brought the sandwiches and receipt. He called us scammers and online customer service never responded.

I was door dashing this evening and picked up an order from this location. Once I arrived I was told that they were out of a few things for athe order. I asked the gentleman a clarification on the order because unfortunately, I couldn’t see the details of the order on my end. The only subway my boyfriend and I go to, and it’s because of the customer service, and quality that Efrain provides. Each time we go into this subway Efrain greets us with a smile and a friendly welcome. He works alone every time we go in but he is still able to get us in and out, even when carrying a very good conversation. Efrain deserves a raise and promotion. He is a great worker which is hard to find nowadays. I recommend this subway to all my family because of Efrains friendly demeanor (and really good sandwiches).

I feel bad that there is only one older lady working there and no help. It's the only subway I've seen in the springs with a drive thru, but it's pointless with only one person there.
