I'm wondering why this subway only has one employee at lunchtime. I was in the other day and told basically too bad we don't have morJohn's. One employee before 1 pm. They have to handle all the online orders and customers. Seriously? I wouldn't get service until he finished the two online orders before me and he was in no hurry to get those done. I left and went to jimmy johns.

This is the second time they forgot my damn cookie.
I ordered a footlong Philly, not toasted. I ordered extra meat, extra cheese. I got a cold Philly where the meat wasn’t hot and no free cookies with upgrading to extra meat, extra cheese. I informed the employee about the meat, but he had thrown away the little plastic dishes the meat comes in, so oh well.
