I was in line for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me. The woman working seems to be slow on purpose as 3 people before me walked out. Not sure how this place turns a profit. Marcos next door has better subs and speedy service.
After waiting patiently for the lady to finish the customer in front of us, the employee informed us she was going to do her fill ups on sauces and we’d need to wait until she got done with whatever tasks she wanted to do. No welcomes coming in or hi’s or hellos… she didn’t ask us what we wanted. We weren't even using sauce “2 meatballs subs” Why they only have 1 elderly worker is beyond me… Let’s try making the customer a priority. Because there is no customer service here..
Terrible experience with the worker at the counter. Will never return.
Exceptionally rude customer service. When asking for clarification for a coupon, the employee was incredibly unkind. I do not recommend to visit this location.
