I arrived at the restaurant at 12:35 PM, exactly at the pickup time specified in my order. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the staff that my order had not even been started, and I would have to wait over 30 minutes due to a long line and only one person working. This is extremely frustrating — especially considering the order was placed in advance and scheduled for a specific time. I want to take a moment to recognize Cooper! I visit this location often, and honestly, the customer service hasn’t always been great—until I met Cooper on Saturday. Cooper was hands down the best! I’ll definitely be coming back as long as he’s there to assist us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, prepared our order quickly, and had us in and out in no time.
