Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this subway was tonight on 314 of 2025. I ordered online it said roughly 20 minutes so I waited 20 minutes it said my sub was ready I stopped up there to get the employee was so rude I told them I was there to pick up my order and was told I had to wait they were working on 2 other subs so I figured okay there busy that’s fine. I had a very bad experience at this Subway. I ordered a Subway Club. As they were making my sandwich they realized that they were out of roast beef. I said that's ok, you can substitute salami. They said no. That if I wanted salami They will charge extra. That is outrageous! They young lady working there was VERY rude and disrespectful. I spoke to a manager on the phone who was also VERY rude. When I asker her name, she told me it was none of my business.
