Upon arriving there were three staff members working. Not one of them greeted me, yet all look at me and said nothing. After two other people walked in one member finally said “I’ll be right with you.” Then proceeded to stock new veggies on top of old frozen mushy veggies. I don’t eat pork so if you order the protein wraps and want no pork, you can’t get extra. Which is insane to me that you NORMALLY get four slices of turkey And four of ham. I was never told UNTIL today that I could only take away not switch. Poor service.
I ordered double meat on two footlongs and they charge me $6. On both of them, all they gave me was one small layer of each meat that comes on it and that was it, it wasn't even the normal amount, let alone extra or double. Don't ever order online because they give significantly less and make it super inconvenient so that you have to come back to have it remade. It needs better and faster workers
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this subway was tonight on 314 of 2025. I ordered online it said roughly 20 minutes so I waited 20 minutes it said my sub was ready I stopped up there to get the employee was so rude I told them I was there to pick up my order and was told I had to wait they were working on 2 other subs so I figured okay there busy that’s fine.
