I walked in tonight, and Sonny, the Manager, was so wonderful. His customer service was the best I’ve seen in a very long time. He explained what was offered in a certain sandwich I wanted, and took excellent care of my order. He made my day with his big smile, his helpfulness, and professionalism.
I would’ve given a good review like I usually do, however the elderly lady making my order couldn’t even be bothered enough to pause her phone call to listen to what I wanted. Absolutely trashy behavior. It’s so sad that she can’t even listen to a customer long enough to make a simple sub. It was literally just tuna, with AMERICAN (she did provolone) cheese, some pickles and a small amount of mayo (she used more mayo than there was tuna 🙃) and then had the audacity to be rude when I said so.
The bread was molded. They need to check the stock daily. The girl separated the flat bread from the molded part abd placed it back in the warmer... ..WRONG!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. RIVERGATE MALL STORE
This is one of the better subways around, I eat here once a week for lunch and the lady isn't skimpy on your sandwich like other location's
Cleanest and nicest Subway around these parts. Extreme nice.
