Horrible customer service . Owner was yelling at us for not knowing he doesn’t accept the coupons that we got via email just rude all around
Terrible customer service! The soda machine wasn’t working ((no carbonation)), the worker tells me that it suppose to taste that. Then said I was complaining. Sir, I just wanted my drink and not syrup! Never again! I will also be calling corporate as well to file a complaint. I guess the owner is his wife so they aren’t going fix it. But Syee you are very very rude!
