Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and was instead given a rotisserie chicken sandwich — completely different from what I paid for. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff flat-out refused to remake the correct sandwich. No apology, no solution, just a dismissive attitude. This location was very pleasant to visit and get dinner. The gentlemen that were creating the sandwiches did so very nicely, and in a manner that lent itself to a tasty experience. Best enjoyed with a coupon
We arrived at 9:30 and were told that they were closed and not going to serve us, even though their hours online say 10:30. Sounds like another reviewer had the same experience.
Food and a service is fine but I guess they close early. Arrived at 9:40 p.m. to find the doors locked despite the hours posted on their door and Google maps saying they close at 10:30 meaning they closed nearly 1 hour early.
