TL;DR: Don't come during the day, or if ownership is making the food. You can taste the cost cutting taking place and they will short your sandwich. If your margins are so thin that you can't provide a product that competes in the area for a similar price then the writing's on the wall. Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and was instead given a rotisserie chicken sandwich — completely different from what I paid for. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff flat-out refused to remake the correct sandwich. No apology, no solution, just a dismissive attitude.
