I placed an online pickup order at 11:05 PM on 11/07/26. The order was prepared incorrectly across multiple items. I paid for double protein, extra spinach, and extra sauce on my sandwich, but received standard portions for all three. Additionally, the chips were missing, and a soda that contained sugar was provided instead of the requested sugar-free Propel beverage.
