Sent my order to this store (59th and Bell) by mistake. I picked up my second order at the correct location and they said I can cancel the first order if I called the store. So I called and that location said I can only cancel in the app, which, of course, is not possible.
What kind of sandwich shop runs out of ham at 4pm in the afternoon. Ridiculous.
