Worker yelled at me when I told her half only. And then she gave less then half
I went in at around 6 PM today. The man that served me took time and care with my sandwich. It was wonderful. The sandwich even looked like the pictures! I'll definitely come back here again.
I came in on a Saturday and ordered the daily special “BMT”. I don’t eat ham, so I asked if I could remove the ham from the sandwich. I was told no substitutions, and the manager on the condiments side tells the associate “that’s a spicy Italian” So because I asked for less on my sandwich my order more than doubled in price. From the $4.99 daily special to over $12 bucks I guess I could have just asked for Ham on the side and just thrown it away…
Was welcoming when I first arrived then it took forever to start helping me and ask what I would like. Took me 10 minutes. There was no line no one else in there two employees working it took them 10 minutes to make a 6 inch sandwich was a very passive aggressive, horrible portion sizes when I left they didn’t say anything. They just went straight to the back found it very rude. The atmosphere in connection they have with their customers is not good.
