Just did Uber Eats and the delivery person has short blond hair, and I have blond hair. When I opened my sandwich, I saw there to be a dark brown/ black hair. I called and ALAN the manager refused to take ownership of it by saying I could get a refund on Uber Eats or bring the sandwich in and he could make another one. Come in to get a sandwhich. I was in hurry and the lady just started doing to go orders instead. Im sorry but my order was short and easy and im pretty sure those to go orders was not there. I was the only customer next so I decided to leave because I didnt have time to wait.
Needed a lot of sandwiches in a hurry. This staff was amazing! Made great sandwiches with a smile on their faces. Kudos to your staff, David!
