Came in to pick up lunch for myself and 2 other employees. The worker Rachel was EXTREMELY rude. Put the wrong meat on one sandwich then blamed me, didn’t heat anything up, sighed very loudly every time she had to speak to me. Then completely mis labeled the sandwich so I gave everyone the wrong sandwiches. Completely ruined my lunch bc Rachel apparently was not feeling her best sandwich artist self. We came in around 7 o’clock and Thomas helped us, he listened when I said EXTRA pickles. Usually people only put a little extra but I really wanted a ridiculous amount of pickles and Thomas did not disappoint. I’m never going to another subway
They have gnat traps in the cookie case, and the case is full of cookies! I decided to get a sub despite that and I found a hair in it. Don’t recommend.
