Writing this as an acknowledgment to Ann for her excellent customer service tonight. I ordered a mobile order at 11:30pm to this location after arrival I was told they were out of stock of meatballs for the night. After she heard the disappointment in my voice she offered to make some specially for me without a huff or a puff. The young gentleman that was working there at Subway doing our subs. He was fantastic at handling our subs. We were first in line. A second. Customer came in in the lady that was working with him …older lady. She was taking care of the customer behind us but when did reaching over our subs to get the customer behind us, things become an exception. I thought it was disgusting. I thought it was unsanitary.
