The fact that faith deviated from what my online order said because she didn’t have certain items is unprofessional. She put items on my kids sandwich that could’ve cause an allergic reaction. This isn’t the first complaint about her. She did this to another woman early this morning then called the cops again. Don’t work ina place where you’re not going to follow order details. This subway is absolutely disgusting stale bread old steak for the Philly cheese steak no green peppers no onions. Horrible service changed me $19.99 for two 6 inch subs when I clearly said a number 1 and a number 6 ! The sign inside and outside the restaurant says $6.99 for a 6 inch with drink and chips. I will be getting a hold of corporate.
So I've never even stepped foot in this Subway. Never even been to the state of New York. But I got an email alert that said someone ordered food (with my info and card info) to this location, and for it to be picked up in about 15 minutes. I immediately called these guys, and the manager said yes the order had been placed, but she canceled them immediately and refunded me on the spot. Of course I immediately changed my Subway password and removed card info. But thank God for this lady or they could have really had a hay day... read more
