The owner and employees are incredible. They always make my sandwich delicious no matter what 🩷
Seems like there is a problem about every third time we order. My last order online was a mess. First of all the app said I would get the best deal possible at checkout. Apparently I didn't hit the buy 2 get one free button. I got $6.99 off instead of over $9 I should have received. Got there and they ran out of pastrami so substituted a BMT. My daughter went in to get the three of us a sandwich. She told the lady every single item that she wants in each sandwich. The sandwiches were made wrong. She put whatever she felt like in it and didn’t put any of the items in there that we wanted. Afterwards, my daughter discovered that she doesn’t even speak English. That is beyond me that you put somebody behind a counter that has to take orders and make the sandwiches and doesn’t even understand what you want in your sandwich.
