Under new management 10-1-24. I can tell the new manager Jason is focusing on restaurant cleanliness, speed of service, beautiful sandwiches, and the best bread I have ever had at a subway. His customer service is top notch, and he really knows how to make all his customers feel as welcome as I did. He is singlehandedly turning this restaurant around for the better. So I went in to just use the restroom and I bought water because that's the policy. I left for an hour to browse other stores. I returned to use the restroom within the same hour of purchasing something and was told that I had to purchase something because I left. Which I was like sure I don't mind . I only just read at the store register counter that I had to purchase something and I can use the facilities. There was nothing saying I couldn't leave and come back within the hour.

I had a great experience at this Subway location recently, and I have to give a shout-out to Jason and Xavier—they make an amazing team! I've been to this location many times, but this was the first time in a long while that I felt truly valued and listened to as a customer.
