I decided to use my mobile app to order before I left work. Ordered how I wanted and even called to make sure they did it right. Being a former subway employee, I'm very disappointed in how my order was made. They didn't put anything extra that I asked for and even left one thing off that I had put extra. I'm not happy and probably won't use the mobile app anymore or go back to this location since they didn't honor how I wanted it made.

This is the only subway location that has stayed consistent and never let me down. Keep doing what you do !

Order delivery. Didn't get chips and drink bread wasn't toasted. When I called the restaurant gave him my order number. My last name. The boy on the other end of the phone told me he didn't know how to punch that in the computer and that he was going to hang up the phone. I said you're not hanging up the phone.
