just now, did a pick up order. waited over 30 minutes for the food even though they weren't busy or anything. & then received 2 of the same sandwich instead of what i ordered.
I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich. I had it delivered. Apparently delivery means they don’t have to care. Of course I just read through the reviews and they are all bad so maybe not. There was no bacon on my sandwich, I paid extra for extra bacon. Not even one slice. All of the sauce was on the last 3 inches of one side of the sandwich. Wow. I guess I should’ve read the reviews first—this is truly a terrible Subway location. It’s a disservice to the brand. My bad experience involved a crew member when I told her that my drink wasn’t the Vitamin Water I ordered. She insisted it was, but I pointed out that Açaí Pomegranate Vitamin Water is red, not clear. She replied, ‘Well, here it’s clear.’ Clearly, something’s wrong with their fountain drink machine. Bread was hard I asked to make sure it was soft..Girl making sandwiches was new. I get it...but..It's not rocket science to make a sandwich.
