If i could do 0 stars i would. I ordered 2 sandwiches and paid for both to have extra meat. Got no extra meat, requested extra olives and pickles got very little. Overall tried calling and no working number to make complaint. Horrible service and food.
We ordered 2 sandwiches my son ordered The Boss, his was warm but the bread was crazy dry. I ordered the outlaw. It was “toasted” the meat was cold the cheese was not melted and the bread was extremely dry. The staff was inattentive and had to ask what we wanted on our sandwiches multiple times. When they wrapped up the sandwiches a portion of my son’s sandwich was hanging out of the wrapping. It is a wonder that this place is still open with so many other options so near by.
Is it possible to leave zero stars? This place is a complete joke. I’m honestly not sure how this location is still open. I came to this one about 2 years ago and had a bad experience, figured things must have changed by now if they’re still open. Nope. Place is extremely dirty, out of everything, customer service is disrespectfully/non existent. Trust me, go to Jersey Mikes right across the street!!
The worst sandwich I've ever had. I usually love subway but my sandwich today was made from hard stale bread that tasted disgusting and very light on ingredients. I tried calling to talk to a manager to see if they could make it right and to make sure they don't serve the old dry brad to anyone else, but the phone number kept saying it could not be completed.
