The worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my entire life. My wife is in tears after being verbally assaulted by a grown man in a position of authority. They didn’t toast our sandwiches. Not a big deal and you would assume an easy fix. We asked for them to kindly toast them for us. He threw the sandwiches away, told my wife to shut up or he’s not even going to refund the money, and then banned her from the store. Was so excited to get a subway sub tonight, the 2 lady’s working were so rude to us and rushed us the whole time felt like it was an inconvenience for us being in there never going back
All I can say is WOW, these subs were made to perfection. The nice young lady making these really is a technician! Thank you.
I want to recognize Jessica and Anthony. They were amazing at helping me feed my family while we were in the hospital across the street from their location. If it wasn’t for their good attitude and willingness to help, we would had gone somewhere else. Rules for catering are there for a reason and it’s understandable but when a customer has a particular situation and needs help last minute it is good to have employees like them that are willing to to step up and fulfill the customer’s needs. So THANK YOU!!!!
