I haven’t been to this Subway in a while but the 2 ladies that were working around 1pm today were great. No one else was in the store until we left but the 2 ladies were working together to knock out online orders as quickly as they could including my order. They were very nice and included extra napkins and croutons with our salads.
Not only did the employee making the sandwiches not know what they were doing they didn’t know the correct amount of food. And then when I was charged wrong and “refunded” saying it would “fall off” in 24 hours they wanted to changed me again. I don’t know about you but I can’t have $40 of my money on hold these days. Won’t let paying customers use the restroom. Terrible service, need more workers and less attitude. If you don’t want to come to work stay home ! Everyone in the picture hasn’t even ordered yet!
I placed a delivery order today through DoorDash. I ordered two sandwiches to be delivered to my son while I was at work, but only one sandwich arrived. When I called the store to report the missing item, the employee who answered was rude and dismissed the issue, suggesting the sandwich either fell out of the bag or was eaten by the DoorDash driver.
