Employee named Kavitha was rude today. I'm a regular at this restaurant and I usually have an okay experience. I ordered an online pickup order for my kids' lunch at day camp, it was already paid for. The lunch time at daycamp changed and I had a need to pick the order 35 minutes earlier then the scheduled time. This subway gives the worst service they have horrible attitudes as someone who works in the restaurant industry it’s totally unacceptable I walked out of here because of that and went to the location 1700 Ashland Rd Richmond, VA 23233 United States And let me tell you that place is the best subway around the service was amazing they asked me how I was doing talked to me about football and the food is amazing at that location. This location on nuckols should take after them
the staff was kind and the place was clean. The veggie were fresh and not frozen THANK GOD!
There were only 2 kids literally kids working at the restaurant at 9 pm?!
