Worst experience ever, wrong sandwich is handed over to me for a pick up order. Recognized it at home and had to drive back for correction. They gave me another one and we opened the pack together, this was wrong too. They are not reading the order details. And then, I asked for freshly made sandwich and they insisted on putting stuff in the old - cold sandwich that was waiting for 15min. They have no clue about satisfaction.
I ordered my sandwiches for delivery and they were incorrect. I asked for provolone cheese and Parmesan on them and they put American, and no Parmesan to be found anywhere on my sandwiches . I asked them to toast the bell peppers with the sandwiches they didn’t. I don’t even think they read the order instructions this will be the last time I order from them.
Stopped by for lunch with kids. Staff was friendly and we were quickly served. All of our subs were fantastic!
Awful service and staff haven’t learned how to pick up the phone.
