Worst subway I’ve ever ordered from. Unfortunately I put the trust that they’d follow the instructions of an online ticket that you have to read in order to build the sandwich but it seems they took advantage of me not being in front of them. Hardly any chicken meat on my sub. Didn’t follow instructions with the amount of veges or sauces. Didn’t even appear to be toasted. Sandwich looked empty before I opened it. The food was good, but if the staff can't even understand basic English it's a nightmare ordering a customized sandwich. So I then ordered a standard menu item and she waited for me to tell her what to put on the standard menu item, starting the language barrier all over again.
I’ve stood in line for 10mins both workers was on the phone.

Sandwich looked empty before I opened it. Not worth ordering a foot long. I order from subway plenty, gave this subway a chance to benefit for a promo because my local subway doesn’t honor promos. Worst decision ever. I’d rather pay full price then get a sandwich that looks like this, or better yet make a sandwich at home. I will never order from here again.
