Went to the staple mills rd location staff was good food was good .
First of all, this is subway. The staff was friendly and quick to ask for my order. The sub was made quick and correctly. No complaints about today's lunch! Thank you for not letting me down on this trip!
Let's face it subway sucks!
Do not go here! Customer service is none existing. I have written three emails due to wrong orders. I have had to drive to have my order made correctly twice. I have it delivered for a reason, not to mention the money I pay to have it delivered. A simple acknowledgement that the sandwich makers made an error would go a long way. Yet, the two times I have driven to the restaurant they have failed to apologize. The manager just hung up on me when discussing the error.
