They seemed to be understaffed. The 2nd person making the food also rung up my order plus the two customers in front of me. The food bar could've been freshened up with fresh veggies, which supports my thinking that another worker or two was needed. They were friendly but outside of that the service was just ok.
This was convenient to grab dinner but I received the wrong sandwich it was a footlong so I got half out and took a bite and realized it was made incorrectly so I immediately trashed it and just made dinner, fast forward I ordered on the app so I reported it on the app. I get a email stating to bring it back which is fine but I emailed back informing them I had already trashed half I get another email saying they can only make it over if I bring the entire foot-long So of course, I’m going to get gloves and get it out of the... read more
My first time ordering Subway online and will never do it again. Something tasted spoiled in my Sub + I don't know what this (pictured) dried up substance was all over the outside of my inner-wrap but it looks disgusting and I know it can't be from my sandwich because it was already dried up under the outer wrap only minutes after making it. My stomach is currently turning. 🤢
This Subway is a rip off they tried to double charge me for a cold cut sub with added meat in all my sandwich total should have been $18 because I order the same thing everything I go.They tried to charge me $34.Yall watch out for these people they will get you if you can't count money.I recommend the Subway on Union.
