The worst subway I have ever visited. The drive up window is apparently not for customer use. The one person working opened the window and said what?? I told her that I was there to pick up my order. She said very rudely that I had to come inside and she slammed the window. I parked. I got out of my car and some young homeless looking kid asked me if I was there for delivery. I said no. Terrible service. I called the store to ask about an order and the lady that answered was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will not be going back.
Was charged for a 30oz Pepsi, the soda machine wasn't working. Got a bottle of Pepsi instead. No offer for a refund, nothing. I was given a choice of a bottle or nothing. This place is going down hill. I ALWAYS have an issue with this location. Between cold food, being over charged and machines not working, you have lost my business.
I try to be understanding when it comes to wait times, but this was crazy. Waited five minutes while the employee worked on online orders vs. the line out the door, in-person customers. Not friendly, obviously didn’t want to be there, and of course the toaster oven didn’t work. Need to learn how to prioritize orders and try to be friendly under stressful circumstances. I worked at a Subway for a few years and this behavior was very inappropriate.
