Wouldn’t give me my pick up order in the drive thru.
The worst subway I have ever visited. The drive up window is apparently not for customer use. The one person working opened the window and said what?? I told her that I was there to pick up my order. She said very rudely that I had to come inside and she slammed the window. I parked. I got out of my car and some young homeless looking kid asked me if I was there for delivery. I said no. Terrible service. I called the store to ask about an order and the lady that answered was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I will not be going back.
Was charged for a 30oz Pepsi, the soda machine wasn't working. Got a bottle of Pepsi instead. No offer for a refund, nothing. I was given a choice of a bottle or nothing. This place is going down hill. I ALWAYS have an issue with this location. Between cold food, being over charged and machines not working, you have lost my business.
