I had a Turkey sub at this store on February 12th and the lady working behind the counter was TOP NOTCH! There was a line of people waiting to get served and she was calm courteous and friendly. She never lost her cool! She even helped me with what sauce to try on my sub. I highly recomend this store, as long as she is working.
It was the ladies first day at this store and she was awesome! She was quick, friendly, and professional. She served us with a smile and made our day!
We used to eat at this one weekly. Service is good. Some employees are friendly, some not so much, but food was good. It wasn't always the cleanest place. On our last visit we watched as the floor and a number of tables were filthy and weren't cleaned the whole time we were there as the employee was not busy and was sitting doing homework or something. We decided we were concerned about how clean the food prep areas might be if the customer areas weren't being kept clean. We still go to subway, just another one.
Customer service is terrible, workers are very rude and unprofessional. They will overcharge you and get an attitude when you make simple requests pertaining your sub sandwich. Worst subway i have ever been to, i’ve been here twice or three times and somehow have always had a bad experience. I will not go here anymore.
