The website shows that they are open, so when I went, this was posted at the door but its currently 6:20pm and they are STILL CLOSED!!!!???? Terrible and when I was here the day before, the lady didn't even know what a cold cut was and I had to LITERALLY tell her how to make the sandwich. Me the customer telling the employee how to do her job, and she said that she didn't know that sandwich existed till now.
Beyond slow service. I placed an online order with points for a specific time. I arrived later than usual expecting for my order to be done. Order wasn’t even started and I had to catch the bus. Asked the server to cancel my order so I didn’t miss my bus.

A few days ago, the manager personally told me about a promotion that would be available.
