Place was a shamble when I walked in, potato chip rack and chairs were in my way. Walked up to the counter and the worker told me to go sit down and wait because she was busy with 2 ticket orders, sat for a minute and just left, washington is just terrible.
My daughter was in town for a State Bowling tournament and the team ordered lunch here. She ordered ahead the only salad on the team. It was entirely wrong (she ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki salad). It was somehow drenched in mayonnaise, which she hates. She brought it back (mind you, they only had a half hour break) and told them and they said "no, it's correct" and did not offer to rectify the situation and make her another salad. Good service
The last month, they have gotten so much worse. I order online. So up 10 to 30 minutes later, and they haven't even started working on my sandwich. There is no line and they arent working on any sandwiches. Is this a new direction? So unacceptable. What's the point of ordering online if youre making me wait??
