La atención fue muy mala, no se si es que le hace falta amor por parte de su familia y se viene a desquitar con nosotros, pero pienso que deberían de darle una capacitación de servicio al cliente, gracias por su pésima atención y ojalá no me vuelva a atender jamás en la vida

Food was good. Store was good. 17 June 2025, service was poor. No smiles, not courteous, not friendly. Unlikely to return.

When I was here, I can not see the meat section at all, it was covered by a very tall metal semi open cover. Not like other subways where you can see the meat and cheese section. I figured out why after 4 hours after finished the food.

This review is for the morning of April 15. First, I’ll say the store itself is nice and clean, and the sandwich quality is what you’d expect from a typical Subway franchise. However, what made me give this a 1-star rating was the employee. I ordered a DOUBLE meat tuna sandwich (not deluxe), which should come with 8 scoops of tuna. The employee only gave me 6 scoops. Worst subway and service ever. We had an active coupon and the woman worker who was making my sandwich blatantly lied saying my coupon expired while it was active. Constantly pressuring me to speed up my order (while there was only one person waiting after me) and super stingy to add veggies and made me ask her multiple times. Very rude and cutting of my sentences. Would give zero stars of I could.
