I eat Subway often at various locations around central Ohio, but this is the only franchise I ever visited that does not honor Subway coupons. When the worker mentioned that my coupon would not be accepted, they lost a sale and a local customer who will never visit this location again. Every other subway I visit for lunch typically has a steady line of customers; this location had none, which is very unusual since lunch time is typically a pretty busy period for most locations. I walked on and placed the order. There were NO SIGNS or anything written saying that this location does not accept coupons. I remember using coupons once before at this location and now it appears they are refusing them. I was disappointed that nothing could be done for me today and ended up having a $20 lunch instead. Terrible for those in a budget. I Don't recommend this store, go to the one on Gender and Refugee Rd instead. Thanks, Jesus
They don’t take subway coupons at all! So if you use subway coupons don’t go to this store location!
