Closed when it’s supposed to be open
Worst service, walked in to order food and ended up walking out mid order. We were starving but decided to drive to another location. The server/cashier was unprofessional, had a terrible attitude the entire time we were placing our orders. She became annoyed when we’d ask a question about a menu item, and/or request for a customization due to food allergies. (We spoke respectfully, so I have no idea why she was being rude.) Very often under staffed. If you go there on your lunch break you might as well forget it. One person running a store by themselves at noon is not acceptable.
Store says open at 7am all week. Went in at 8 and the guy said they weren't open and had nothing out. He said 15 to 20 mins. I said what time do you open and ready he said he didn't know. I'm sure it's not his fault but if you've been open an hour and are not ready consider changing the times to accommodate customers.
