The food is poorly prepared and the staff are hard to understand. The app sucks as no discounts work at this location. Will be eating elsewhere for the foreseeable future. Very disappointed
Only reason is open time change when the store opens all your stores say open at 9 but then don't open till 10
The Gilbert and Williams Field location opens at 8am. My team arrived at 8:20am. They didn't have anything set up. We had to wait another 10mins. 1 friend asked for her sub to be heated up. It wasn't. What a disappointment
Good service but this place is not clean. They need to move the kids and straws from under the fountain drink machine. Side drips onto everything. Overall cleanliness is not great.
