My father in law visited this location this morning and the gal working was absolutely rude. He doesn’t speak English and he was going to call me to help and she said “don’t even call anyone because I won’t speak to anyone on the phone! I will never visit this location! No way to treat customers
Older lady who works there is extremely rude and doesn't care to hear what you have to say. App wasn't working for the BOGO 50% off deal and she refused to hear what I had to say. Overpaid for no reason. She should have corrected the issue in store. Also paid for double cheese and that was not on my sandwich either
If I could give the sandwich zero stars, I would. My flatbread was a tortilla. Disgusting! FYI, subway manager flatbread and tortillas are not the same.
Even though I went in very late and close to close, the guy there was friendly, patient, and kind. Having worked in the service industry myself, I know the frustration, and he not only hid it well, but went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant, quick, and everything I would expect as a customer. He really was great!
Based on other recent reviews, these employees either don’t care that you ask and pay for double meat OR they ignore the request. Is it that hard to see that double meat is requested? Apparently, calling to talk to someone that can fix this will just end in being hung up on. I mean does this look like double meat? Or are we rationing meat now? Maybe I should get an egg on my sandwich?
