We enjoy this Subway even though it's not the closest to our house
Worst customer service ever!!!! Had placed an order for a platter on Friday for pickup on Saturday - went to go pick it up and was told that they didn’t have an order. Now all the employee had to do was make the sandwiches and it would have been fine - no big deal but she kept trying to imply that we didn’t place the order until another employee came in and confirmed we had placed the order on Friday.
