Ordered online with the app. Went to pick it up said pick up time was 4:50 PM. Get there and the store is empty except the employees. They weren't busy. Our order wasn't ready haven't even started it. Had to wait 30 min at the store to get our order. Won't ever buy from there again.
Bathroom doors have no locks. Very uncomfortable. There were 2 servers 1 was super rude. The other was 10/10. But yeah no locks on the bathrooms was kinda terrible
She was so rude and took her time I had 2 6inch subs and she only did one and acted like she didn't here me say 2 she just left the bread sit there. She wanted sooner to come help but there was only 2 of us in there. Then used her gloved hands at the register not even removing them I won't go back to that one
