Great food
The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and was immediately met with dirty looks from the women behind the counter yet again, took .3 of a second to figure out what I wanted and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I was actually blown away. you are working directly with the public, you should learn some level of decency. I would be humiliated if that’s how my employees were representing my store. Everytime I do an online sub order and pick it up it’s wrong. I even was waiting for them to make it today and all my subs had lettuce and spinach… I have dietary issues and cant have that. Tried to call them no one answers the phone. This seems to always be the issue, second time this has happened. Curious if I can speak with a manager if anyone decides to answer their phone? Mind you I eat here almost 8-10 a month….
We got here a few minutes after “opening”… we are still waiting outside for her to stop ignoring us and let us in. She was rude… we walked away.
