Ordered a meal a couple weeks ago to be delivered because I was sick. Of course the Subway on Nelson was closed because their hours were ridiculous so I was forced to order Door Dash from South Main St. Food came and didn't have my chips and drink. Tried to call but the phone just rang. No one would answer. Needless to say I was very upset. Subway needs to get it together before this one closes too.
I visited Subway on a very busy day, and I was so impressed with the staff. Even though it was crowded, everyone was super nice, helpful, and very attentive to customers’ needs. They noticed little details, stayed on top of things, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was fresh and delicious, with tons of great choices. Excellent experience all around!”
Great food
The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and was immediately met with dirty looks from the women behind the counter yet again, took .3 of a second to figure out what I wanted and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I was actually blown away. you are working directly with the public, you should learn some level of decency. I would be humiliated if that’s how my employees were representing my store.
