came here one hour before closing the “open” sign is on yet the door is locked…
I did an online order offered a bogo. I picked up my sandwich which the one for my kid was on Italian bread (super soft and yummy) but mine was a rock hard stale dry jalepeno cheese bread. I got home immediately got a strong vinegar smell (didn’t order), no tomatoes on the side, and the bread was horrific. I frequently visit this Subway location during my lunch break and usually use coupons for a footlong sandwich. I always order the chicken teriyaki, and in the past, I’ve been able to use coupons for this sandwich without any issues. However, during my recent visit, the employee claimed the coupon didn’t apply to chicken teriyaki, even though I’ve used it for this exact order before.
