Went to the Subway on 17th Street and service was awful because there was only one person working. Never even was able to order. When I walked in she was finishing a person and no one appeared to be in line. So when she finished with the person I thought she would be helping me but she didn't. What’s the point of listing your phone number if you refuse to answer your calls. The stupid subway app defaulted to this location since I had ordered here before and I tried calling literally 15 times and they refused to answer their calls to cancel the order
First the ice been out for the past 2 weeks at least from the fountain drink machines, second of all I made an order using the mobile app and I used this store address by mistake so I called to cancel the order and the manager refused to cancel, third of all the place is dirty all the time and doesn’t have public restrooms.
Service is terrible, did not have even a cup for water. Ask me to pay for water. Even though I bought a full meal with a drink but just wanted an extra cup for water. Bread was old. Half od there drinks are not working.
Online hours show open till 11:00 Pm. We arrived at 10:03 and doors were locked. Sign on door shows different hours than what is posted online.
