Placed a pick up order and not only did they mess up my order I asked for it to be toasted and by the time i got home (i live 7 mins away) the bread was rock solid, tried calling the location and they don’t answer. Usually i never have this problem with other locations but for some reason this place always seems to mess up something. Please do better
Liz tends to prioritize to the customers who are ordering in person rather than completing online orders, making online orders wait 15+ minutes after it says completed online I don’t recommend it just order in person or order somewhere else when ordering online.
Rosa is the best employee ever! She is so kind, helpful, and considerate. I will be coming to this Subway location only from now on! The location is also convenient and there is free parking.
