First, they got my order wrong and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The guys had a very bad attitude every time I come in. Honestly, I would drive the extra six minutes down the road to the other subway!!! I miss the ladies that use to work there!!
I placed an online order at this Subway location and went to the store to pick it up. The employee assisting me was named Mohosin. When I received my order, the items were not placed in a brown bag. I politely asked him to put the items in a brown bag, but he told me that I would need to pay an additional 10 cents for the bag. I have ordered sandwiches online from multiple Subway locations, and I have never been charged separately for a brown bag when picking up an online order.
