I will never go to this Subway again; they don't honor the coupons I get in the mail. This happens every time I go to this Rockville Subway...I clip the coupon, and make sure it does not say roast beef excluded, but they still do not let you get the roast beef. Then I go to the Subway at 5210 Nicholson Ln. Kensington, just 5 blocks away, and no problem. I also think the Kensington location is cleaner and better service.
Honestly, I don't see any point in using the app on my phone when I arrive at a location, and even though there are a lot of people there, they just arrived and my order was already made a long time ago. And I arrive. And no one has even started to assemble my sandwiches. That is, I can easily stand in line and it will be faster. I think this is wrong. I am a member of the club + I made an order earlier and should be served earlier. And not wait until the line passes and the employee finds time to make a sandwich for me. And... read more
