They got everything right and the sandwich was very good and there was a kind lady that was taking our orders and she even was being so kind. I love this place.
Didn't honor recent up to date coupon Stinky with the sauces/add ons Lettuce looked old n the veggies questionable
Rude employees and orders are wrong and dinky every single time. Always missing ingredients. And always really low on toppings. Don't work customer service if you're going to hate your job. And make help avaliable in the app instead of making it SO HARD to find the location you actually have to go on Google to leave a review instead. You can't even search for a location, you have to sift through and hope to find your location. Do better.
As someone who works in customer service, I am so disappointed. Everyone there is so rude and very short tempered and snippy. I wanted to use one of my coupons and the worker refused. He wouldn't let me get a word out without rushing me. They locked the doors early when someone was trying to come in and the actually laughed as he walked away. The environment was clean and the food was good but I'm so confused how people in costumer service act so rude.
