I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway. I placed my order through the app, my card was charged, and I received a confirmation number showing the order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, the receipt didn’t print on their end, and they flat-out refused to make my food. Even after showing proof of payment and the confirmation number, the staff and manager insisted I “cancel it with my bank,” which is absolutely absurd. It’s been a whole decade since Subway pledged to use 100% cage-free eggs by 2025. We’re now more than halfway through 2025, and no progress has been reported on fulfilling this commitment! Subway, we want animal cruelty to end and we want to hear from you!
Beware that portions are not consistent at this location. Portions are significantly reduced, especially the proteins. Last time going here. Should have looked at the 1 star reviews.
