I went in here and ordered a sandwich. I asked for extra onions. She grabbed a few, I then asked if I could have more, she said no. I said ma'am ill pay for extra onions. She refused to put more. I asked again ensuring I dont care how much the cost is, can I please have more onions. She just stood there and again blatantly refused. Mind you it was hardly any on there as it was. So I politely left leaving the sandwich with very little onions there.
Staff impolite, when I asked for manager nobody came out.. please take care of yours costumer with great costumer service. This lady is not great at all
Terrible customer service. The woman who served us on Sunday, September 11th, discriminated against my colleague and me for not understanding the menu properly. She refused to explain and humiliated us. I would never return to this place.
I was there at November 5 2025, the store was dirty and worker was too impolite. When I was asking the manager no one show up. If the real manager or the owner see this massage please contact me I have their record. I strongly suggest you don’t go there .
