Friday night my husband and I walked in 30 minutes before close and immediately were told we needed to leave and that the store was closed. We stated that their sign says 8pm and the two ladies said they did not care and decided to close early. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to a manager they refused to provide us with a managers name.
Don’t ever order online here, I ordered online before leaving my work to pick it up as it was my lunch break. The app said my sandwich wouldn’t be ready for 7 more minutes but I go in to check in anyways, to my surprise it’s done and sitting on the counter. I pick it up and go to work. I asked for extra mayo, extra pickles, and toasted bread. It’s completely dead at peak lunch hour. Almost all of the tables were dirty and myself and friend were the only two in there. The woman behind the counter barely acknowledged us at all, and we had to repeat our orders several times because she wasn’t listening. The primary woman working here for many years is not terribly customer friendly. She makes it very clear that she does not like having any customers. The food is okay though, and the other coworkers, if you're lucky though to encounter them, are friendlier.
