My recent experience at the Subway location in North Point Center was deeply disappointing. The service deficiencies were apparent from the moment I entered the establishment. Upon arrival, I observed staff members engaged in personal conversations, laughing and chatting while customers waited in line. My simple sandwich order required nearly 20 minutes to complete, despite only two customers ahead of me. This excessive wait time appeared to stem from the staff's lack of focus on customer service. Horrible service, rude staff, and I saw her make an elderly 70 year old lady pay for something, just to get the restroom code in a public parking facility she paid to park in.
This location needs extra training. I had to argue for 15 minutes that a kids meal comes with an applesauce and a milk. She said "not at this location". So what I had to do was an online order for this location to prove it to her.
